3.6 Procedure for Applying the Power

When the user system is connected to the emulator, apply the power of the user system and then start

the emulator. However, depending on the user system, the emulator may not operate normally due to

the leakage current. In such a case, turn off the power switch of the emulator with the user system on,

and restart the emulator.
